Massage Therapy at Vital Chiropractic Clinic

Massage therapy can be a great option for helping to ease areas of muscular tension, stiffness and discomfort, as well as supporting recovery from physical activity. Treatments are tailored to you and your individual needs, whether you are looking for a more targeted treatment or a longer, more relaxing massage.

Massage therapy can also work alongside your chiropractic care, helping to address muscular tension alongside your chiropractic treatment.

Our Massage Appointments

Clinical Massage - 30 minutes | £48

A focused, targeted treatment designed around the areas that are causing you discomfort or concern.

Your appointment will be tailored to your individual needs, focusing on specific areas of muscular tension or tightness. This can be particularly useful if you have a specific area, you would like addressed or if you are having massage alongside your chiropractic care.

Remedial Massage - 60 minutes | £70

A longer, fully tailored treatment designed around what you need from your appointment.

Whether you are looking for a more sports-focused treatment, help with areas of muscular tension, or a more relaxing massage, treatment can be adapted to suit you. We can also offer therapeutic ultrasound.

Ultrasound Therapy

A wonderful addition to our treatment modalities here at Vital Chiropractic Clinic is Ultrasound Therapy. Ultrasound therapy helps to reduce inflammation. Ultrasound therapy uses high energy sound waves to heat, vibrate, and stimulate deep soft tissues to speed up healing.

Ultrasound therapy is used to manage the following:

·       Muscle strains and ligament sprains

·       Tendinitis and bursitis

·       Myofascial pain syndrome and chronic back or neck pain

·       Osteoarthritis and joint stiffness

·       Soft-tissue adhesions or scar tissue breakdown

If appropriate, ultrasound therapy may also be incorporated into your treatment as part of a wider approach to your individual needs.
